Shaykh Dr. Moiz Hasan

Founder

Shaykh Dr. Moiz Hasan has completed his Ph.D. in the History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Notre Dame (USA).  He graduated with a B.Sc. (Honors) from LUMS concentrating in Mathematics, Philosophy and Islamic Intellectual History. He completed his M.A. in the History of Science and Medicine from the University of Notre Dame (USA) and undertook post-graduate studies in Islamic Science and Philosophy from McGill University.

Dr. Moiz studied the traditional Islamic sciences with renowned scholars (‘ulema) in Pakistan under the auspices of the Wifaq ul Madaris al-Arabiyya Pakistan, completing the Dars-e-Nizami curriculum and receiving the ‘Aalim degree. Dr. Moiz has been teaching classes in various Islamic disciplines for the past several years. He has delivered lectures and conducted seminars on Islam at masajid, universities and institutions of learning across the U.S. and Pakistan. He has also founded Maryam Institute for women and Shariah Essentials for men

Mufti Muhammad Hisham

Mufti Muhammad Hisham completed his Alimiyyah and Takhassus fil Dawah from the renowned Darul Uloom Karachi under the tutelage of Mufti Taqi Usmani. He then pursued his Takhassus in Islamic Jurisprudence from Jamia al-Qur’an wa al-Sunnah and is currently pursuing his MPhil in Islamic Studies. He resides in Karachi, Pakistan with his family and children. 

 

 

Mawlana Abu Abdullah

A hafiz of the Qur’an, Mawlana Abu Abdullah completed his study of the traditional Islamic sciences from the renowned Darul Uloom, Bury in England and received the ‘Aalim Degree in 2001. He is currently the Imam at Masjid Zackariya in Wishaw, Scotland and has been teaching different subjects at educational institutes for the past many years including Ibrahim College Glasgow, Islamic Academy of Scotland and Maryam Institute. He currently lives in Glasgow, Scotland with his family and children. ‘
